Yes, absolutely. We can migrate your existing client base and move them over to Score.

How can I access Score?

The best way to first see Score is by booking a demo. One of our business development team will take you through the platform and answer any questions you might have. When you’re ready to make the move, our customer support team will help onboard you and be on hand for continual training and support. We understand that moving to an entirely new system can be a big move for your firm!

How much does Score cost?

We’ll charge your firm when you earn money. We plan to grow your business by saving you time per case and by growing your business. You pay a fee for every application that completes. We don’t charge a license fee per user like others, it’s simply one contract that covers unlimited users.

What does “Score on behalf of your mortgage advisor” mean on my credit report?

If you’ve recently applied for a mortgage via an advisor that uses Score, they’ll verify your identity in order to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. We do this electronically using credit reference agencies. This is known as a 'quotation search' or 'enquiry search'. These searches are only seen by you, and do not affect your credit score or your ability to obtain credit. You may also have consented to Score retrieving your full credit history using what’s known as an ‘Audit search'. For more information about how we use credit reference agencies, and how your data may be used, take a look at our privacy policy and your broker’s privacy policy.

Who is Score backed by?

Score was born out of Founders Factory, which is an organisation that offers an incubator for start-up companies and assists with product development, market insight and capital. Aviva Ventures is an investor in Founders Factory and worked with Sesame Bankhall Group to help facilitate Aviva’s investment in Score.
